The withdrawal fee is USD5 per transaction. This afternoon, Paypal limited my account activity because someone is trying to gain information from my Paypal account. I suspect it's Citibank since the bank needed some verification from Paypal. What Paypal wanted me to do was upload/fax my credit card statement, change my password and change some security questions. And this evening, after work when all is done, I already got an email from Paypal that my withdrawal transaction has completed. Fast service!
If you need screenshots of the Paypal withdrawal process, you can head to Wayne or Ades. They have some lengthy description of it.
To those bloggers who are writing for sponsored post, no more worries of thinking how to get your hard earned money to pay for your credit card bills now. It works for Citibank. Here's a screenshot of my Citibank statement to prove the point. Click it for bigger image.

Oct 3, 2007 9:29:00 PMWOW, the rate of VMI is better but still you will risk getting your PayPal account frozen by PayPal. Do it the allowed way. :-)

Oct 4, 2007 1:54:00 PMAnd I thought I was the first to successfully transfer into my Citibank card :D
The rate fluctuates according to what VISA sets. You may want to read the post in my blog to find out how to keep track of the rate. I got a 3.41.
