My 2 Adopted Roborovski Hamsters

New family members in the house. 2 Roborovski hamsters from David's friend, George. Thanks George for letting me to adopt them. And really need to thank David for spending so much time with me on last Wednesday and Friday night to get those hamster cage and accessories ready before I take the hamsters. The 2 little cute fellas can run very fast. Active. Curious. Eat a lot. Sleep a lot. And run a lot too!! Perhaps if I wired the running wheel, it will make a good dynamo for my rechargable batteries. LOL.

On Wednesday night, after dinner at Little Vietnam, Midvalley, we went to Carrefour to try to get all our stuffs but many things we sold out. We tried Pets Wonderland and luck wasn't on my side either. The water bottle we wanted was also sold out. Only managed to get the bedding, food and the running wheel. We met up George and pick up the hammies, using the rolling ball. If you have watched Bolt, you would know the 'ball'. And the 2 babies temporary stayed with David's babies.

On Friday, after our dinner at Crystal Jade, David came over to set up the habitat. It was my first time trying to handle the hammies. Can be stressful. Not the hammies, but me! It was a hard time catching them. Finally I did it! Gave them a sand bath~ I put some toilet rolls into the tank, which I intended to recycle as paper waste. Next step, is to buy them a house and a wood stand for them to gnaw their teeth. Currently, they are just sleeping on the running wheel.
