Weekend at Shopping Malls

Shopping mall was my second home for yesterday and today. Yesterday was at Pavilion and Midvalley Megamall; today was at The Curve, Ikano and IKEA.

Yesterday was kind of productive for me because I finally found what I wanted at the skincare warehouse sales at Park Royal Hotel opposite Sg. Wang Plaza. SK and I reached that place around mid day and as expected, it was such a huge crowd! I wanted to buy the Bioterm anti aging cream a long time ago and I finally got them for such a bargain price! SK cautioned me to check on the manufacturing date before I decided on the item. It's not recommended to use after 3 years from that date. After the hangout at the warehouse sales and Pavilion, we spent the time wandering around Midvalley with David. Lunch was at Canton-i and dinner was at Kim Gary. And I still love the Canton-i pork ribs noodles. Excellent!

As for today, Sunday, the time was spent at IKEA, Ikano and The Curve. Basically Mikey and I were accompanying Fies to check out the furniture designs at IKEA, Harvey Norman, Macy and Barang-Barang. The BILLY Limited Edition book shelf looked cool but I'm short of space in my study room. I like the green one. And I at the Market Hall, I finally found the knife sharpener!! Anyway, I lost it at Uncle Lim's cafe. Memory failed to remind me to take it after our evening tea break and I have to buy another one.

I made pasta with pork meatballs and shitake mushrooms for today's dinner. I learnt a lot from SK while we were hanging out at Jusco Midvalley supermarket section. All the varieties of mushrooms, vegetables, lambs, mutton, scallop, salmon, marinate sauce and methods of cooking meat. Makes me hungry while writing this.
